Job Summary

Providing in-depth technical support, the full-time PC Support Technician will deliver remote IT assistance through phone and email, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain knowledge articles while supporting a 24x7 operation that requires shift flexibility, including nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve basic issues remotely via phone and email support, progressing to more complex problems after training
  • Document all required information in the ticketing system and knowledgebase, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Route and dispatch service requests to appropriate IT support groups for resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 35 WPM
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Demonstrated experience with Mac and Windows Operating Systems and hardware
  • 1-2 years of PC support, diagnostic/troubleshooting, and repair experience is desired
