P&C Systems Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Support Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve Applied Epic support tickets and maintain high service standards
• Process suspense items in Applied Epic and assist with migration project support
• Manage user lifecycle tasks and support training initiatives for agency staff

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• 1-2 years of experience in Applied Epic, CSR24, Indio, and Applied Epic Quotes preferred
• Undergraduate degree preferred or 1-2 years of relevant Property & Casualty experience required
• Active Property & Casualty license in home state preferred
• Experience with cross-functional teams such as Finance and IT
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
