Job Summary

Leading underwriting and service operations remotely, the full-time salaried P&C Underwriting Director will manage outsourced insurance solutions for multiple carrier partners, focusing on underwriting excellence, profitability, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Directs and manages all aspects of underwriting and call center operations to meet established standards
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with carrier partners while ensuring alignment with underwriting guidelines
• Supervises and coaches team members, fostering a performance enhancement culture through regular feedback and professional development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Over ten years of experience in insurance service operations supporting multiple lines or carriers
• Current and active 2-20, 4-40 licenses or ability to obtain within the established timeframe
• CPCU, AU, CIC, and/or CPIA designations preferred
