P&C Underwriting Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Underwriting & Customer Service Operations - P&C.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage underwriting and call center operations to meet established standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with carrier partners and lead the underwriting team in executing business strategies
• Oversee operational P&L performance, ensuring alignment with underwriting standards and financial objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ten years of experience in insurance service operations supporting multiple lines or carriers
• Current and active 2-20, 4-40 licenses or ability to obtain them within a specified timeframe
• CPCU, AU, CIC and/or CPIA designations preferred
