Job Summary

Managing project workflows and report preparation, the remote PCA Technical Reviewer will ensure the quality and compliance of Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) while collaborating with Field Managers and client teams across major metropolitan areas.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and submit PCA reports, addressing any outstanding issues and ensuring adherence to industry guidelines
  • Engage with Field Managers to communicate project requirements, progress, and quality assurance/quality control (QAQC) standards
  • Perform on-site PCAs as necessary, assessing commercial properties and ensuring accurate documentation of findings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in conducting and/or managing PCAs or related consulting services
  • Thorough understanding of industry guidelines, particularly those from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Quire report writing platform preferred
  • Current, valid state driver's license and professional registrations (PE, RA, etc.) are preferred
