PCB Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of maintenance technicians, the full-time PCB Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will ensure the efficient performance of maintenance activities, oversee preventative maintenance, and enforce safety compliance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians while assigning daily tasks and monitoring progress
• Ensure completion of preventative maintenance activities and adjust schedules to enhance equipment reliability
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment, supporting technicians with complex mechanical and electrical issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician, with leadership experience preferred
• Advanced skills in carpentry, welding, plumbing, HVAC, or related fields
• Ability to safely work around hazardous chemicals and use basic hand power tools
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
