PCBA Estimation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PCBA Estimation Lead to manage cost estimation activities for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the cost estimation process for PCBA projects, including new product introduction and mass production
• Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data
• Develop cost models and present cost breakdowns to internal stakeholders while identifying cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing, estimation, or sourcing
• Strong understanding of SMT processes and PCB fabrication
• Proficiency with BOM tools and cost estimation software
• U.S. citizenship required for employment eligibility
