Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the part-time PCI Compliance Support Specialist will guide users through the PCI-DSS compliance process and assist customers with navigating the online platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries
- Guide users through the PCI-DSS compliance process with clear instructions to maintain regulatory standards
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and communicate trends impacting efficiency or compliance
Required qualifications
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a call center customer support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Collaborative and customer-focused with a professional phone presence
- Detail-oriented with solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
