Job Summary

A company is looking for a PCP Referral & Insurance Data Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate PCP referral PDFs using information from internal systems
• Research and confirm the correct PCP office and send referrals via fax
• Track referral status and maintain follow-up with PCP offices and patients

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a healthcare office environment (front desk, referrals, insurance, or similar)
• Familiarity with insurance or healthcare workflows
• Comfortable making frequent outbound phone calls
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Able to navigate multiple systems and learn new tools quickly
