Job Summary

A company is looking for a PE Alliances Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize financial intelligence tools to map PE portfolio hierarchies and identify suitable PortCos
Execute "White Space" reporting to highlight companies missing critical solutions
Engage with stakeholders at PE/VC firms to communicate how the company enhances EBITDA and exit readiness

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Finance
Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and Pitchbook
Familiarity with Workato or CPQ tools is preferred
Ability to analyze portfolio data and demonstrate ROI to investors
Experience engaging with the "Office of the CFO" or within the NetSuite/Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
