Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Transmission and Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead engineering activities during all project stages, ensuring quality and adherence to contracts
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for team performance, budgets, and employee development
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to drive revenue growth and maintain client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited school
• 12+ years of experience in the engineering field
• PE registration is required
• Prior management and technical transmission line design/construction experience required
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the US
