PE Licensed Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading strategic substation initiatives, the full-time PE Licensed Associate Director will focus on client growth, project execution, and team leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee engineering activities during proposal, design, quality control, and construction stages of substation projects
• Provide leadership and coaching to technical teams, ensuring alignment with client needs and project execution
• Manage strategic opportunities for Key Clients, including proposal development and relationship building

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
• 15+ years of experience in the engineering field with prior management and technical substation experience
• PE registration is required
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships with Key Clients
• Experience in supporting strategic pursuits and managing multiple projects effectively
