PE Licensed Bridge Project Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time PE Licensed Bridge Project Engineer will apply engineering principles to design and manage bridge projects remotely, ensuring safe and efficient outcomes while collaborating with clients nationwide.
Key responsibilities
- Apply broad knowledge of bridge engineering principles and practices to design complete projects and systems
- Prepare project documents, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules while analyzing data and solving engineering problems
- Assist with proposal development for professional services and ensure compliance with DOT and AASHTO design codes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required
- 5+ years of bridge design experience is required
- PE license is required
- Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads; Civil3D knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of DOT and AASHTO design codes is required; AREMA design codes knowledge is a plus
