Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and advanced proficiency in relevant software
• Demonstrated financial management experience with solid P&L comprehension
