Job Summary
Leading complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects for government and commercial clients, the full-time PE Licensed Senior Project Manager will manage project execution, client relationships, and team development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multi-million-dollar projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
- Serve as the primary client interface, managing expectations and resolving complex project issues while fostering relationships with government officials and industry executives
- Mentor junior project managers and technical staff, promoting a collaborative team environment and conducting performance evaluations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Marine, Mechanical, Architecture, or related field)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing federal construction projects with a focus on naval operations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required
- Demonstrated experience managing non-IT projects exceeding $5M in value
