PE Licensed Senior Transmission Engineer

Job Summary

Offering a remote work option, the full-time PE Licensed Senior Transmission Line Engineer will provide technical leadership for high voltage overhead transmission line projects, including planning, design, and delivery, while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering for transmission projects up to 765kV, including project scheduling and client coordination
• Support Project Managers with project scope, budget development, and client relationship management
• Facilitate resource forecasting and contribute to business planning and staff development efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the electrical transmission industry
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (multi-state preferred)
• Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
• Experience using Microsoft Office software suite
