PE Licensed Substation Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Substation Engineering Lead specializing in utility substation design.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical resource and advisor for the engineering team
• Develop study and design procedures, and perform quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings
• Communicate client interests to project team members and assist in maximizing ROI for the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience/education
• Minimum 6 years of high voltage substation design experience
• Professional engineer license (PE) is required
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Bentley MicroStation
• Familiarity with CDEGS and WinIGS software
