PE Licensed Technical Manager

Job Summary

Providing functional and project leadership, the full-time PE Licensed Technical Manager will oversee a transmission line engineering team, manage engineering activities throughout project stages, and collaborate with various departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead engineering activities during proposal, design, and construction stages of transmission line projects
• Provide strategic direction and technical oversight to ensure team performance goals are met
• Collaborate with the Sales team to drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Transmission Line design
• PE registration is required
• Prior management experience preferred
• Experience with PLS-CADD and proficiency in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
