PE Licensed Traffic Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Traffic / ITS Engineer to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support traffic analysis, forecasting, safety studies, traffic simulation, and conceptual planning/design
• Produce technical deliverables including plans, specifications, estimates, and reports
• Coordinate with other discipline groups and external clients to deliver projects on schedule and budget

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Professional Engineering (PE) License or Professional Traffic Operations Engineering (PTOE) License
• Preferred minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering fields related to traffic control design and ITS engineering
• Experience with Traffic and Traffic Simulation Software and design platforms
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
