PE Licensed Transmission Line Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for high voltage overhead transmission line projects, the remote PE Licensed Transmission Line Engineer will manage project execution, coordinate with clients, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while supporting multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the engineering and execution of transmission projects up to 765kV, including project scheduling and client coordination
- Support Project Managers with project status reports, scope development, and client relationship management
- Facilitate resource forecasting, recruitment efforts, and contribute to business planning and staff development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in transmission project design and management
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure
- Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
- Experience with Microsoft Office software suite
