Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for high voltage overhead transmission line projects, the full-time PE Licensed Transmission Line Engineer will work remotely or from various Pacific region offices, focusing on project planning, design, and delivery while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute engineering for transmission projects up to 765kV, including project scheduling and client coordination
- Support project managers with status reports, scope development, and client relationship management
- Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams and maintain project workflow while adhering to QA/QC procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in transmission project design and management
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure
- Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite
