Job Summary
Offering a flexible work arrangement, the remote PE Licensed Transmission Line Engineer will provide technical leadership in the planning, design, and delivery of high voltage overhead transmission line projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute engineering projects for transmission lines up to 765kV, including project scheduling and client coordination
- Support project managers in developing project scope, schedule, budget, and status reporting
- Facilitate communication across teams and maintain project workflow while adhering to QA/QC procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in transmission project design and management
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure
- Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
- Familiarity with NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95 standards
