PE Licensed Water Reuse Leader

Job Summary

As a strategic account leader, the full-time PE Licensed Water Reuse Leader will manage the growth strategies for priority clients in the Water Reuse Practice, focusing on Direct Potable Reuse, Indirect Potable Reuse, and Non-Potable Reuse, while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the strategic growth plan for the Water Reuse Practice, defining measurable outcomes for profitable work
• Build and lead high-performing Client Service Teams (CSTs) through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability
• Identify growth opportunities and advance pursuits by aligning multidisciplinary teams and resources effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, construction management, science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in technical, operational, or business leadership roles
• Proven experience in developing and executing practice or market growth strategies
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience in environmental consulting, engineering, or construction related to water reuse
