Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote PE Licensed Water/Wastewater Engineer will plan and design water treatment plants and wastewater facilities, perform hydraulic simulations, and represent the company in client and regulatory meetings while managing multiple project deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and design water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, and related infrastructure
- Perform hydraulic simulations and process calculations, preparing engineering reports and permit applications
- Conduct site assessments and develop design solutions for new and upgraded treatment infrastructure
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
- PE Licensure is required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar software
- Willingness to travel quarterly for site assessments and client meetings
