Pediatric Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Pediatric Billing Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of pediatric claims using PCC EMR, investigate and resolve denied claims, and ensure accurate billing while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of pediatric claims in PCC EMR
• Investigate, appeal, and resolve denied and underpaid claims
• Communicate clearly and professionally to support exceptional client service

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience
• Strong understanding of the full claim lifecycle from charge entry to payment resolution
• Hands-on PCC EMR experience preferred
• Pediatric billing experience or significant exposure to pediatric payer rules preferred
• Confidence working with denials independently
