Pediatric Medical Receptionist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Medical Receptionist/Dispatcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a scheduler for the Acute Care Team and dispatch Pediatric Home Care Specialists
• Monitor Home Care Specialist safety and facilitate communication between healthcare clinicians
• Assist with patient connections and administrative tasks through various communication platforms

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare organization required, dispatch experience a plus
• Minimum 2 years communicating with patients and/or families telephonically required
• Minimum 2 years experience working in multiple clinical and/or dispatch systems required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
