Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Pediatric Neuropsychologist, the full-time Associate Director will implement clinical studies focused on rare epileptic and neurodevelopmental disorders while collaborating with various teams to ensure the scientific rigor and quality of clinical assessments in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Regulatory Affairs to execute clinical trials (Phase I-III)
- Lead clinical training initiatives for central/site raters on complex pediatric neurodevelopmental and behavioral assessments
- Provide scientific oversight for operational execution of clinical assessments, ensuring rigorous quality control standards
Required qualifications
- PhD in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or related field with 2-5+ years of experience in industry or academia
- Experience working with individuals with significant pediatric neurodevelopmental/neurobehavioral disorders
- Expertise in neuropsychological testing and patient-reported outcomes, especially in pediatric populations
- Demonstrated experience in the design and execution of clinical trials and familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
