Pediatric Therapy Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric outpatient division, the full-time remote Pediatric Therapy Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for various pediatric therapy positions, building strong candidate pipelines and collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance for pediatric therapy roles
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top pediatric therapy talent across multiple states
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system

Required qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting for pediatric therapy positions is required
• Demonstrated success in recruiting Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and related roles
• Proven experience leading full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage and attract passive candidates
• Experience using applicant tracking systems is preferred
