Pediatrician Licensed in MO, TX, TN, LA

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the remote Pediatrician licensed in Missouri, Texas, Tennessee, and Louisiana will manage a panel of complex pediatric patients, lead a multidisciplinary team, and serve as the face of the organization while delivering high-quality virtual care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients, overseeing care plans and ensuring comprehensive care coordination
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide wraparound care in a virtual-first model
• Serve as the face of the organization by engaging with local medical communities and advocating for home-centered care

Required qualifications

• Unrestricted MD or DO with a license in Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, and/or Missouri
• Board Certification in Pediatrics and/or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
• Enrollment in applicable state Medicaid required
• 5 years of post-residency experience, particularly managing children with medical complexity
• Experience in quality of care, population health, and/or virtual care is a plus
