Peer Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Coach (Full-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly virtual coaching check-ins with 20-25 mamas and birthing parents
• Build trusting relationships and provide culturally relevant tools for healing and wellbeing
• Document community experiences and participate in team meetings and special projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in peer coaching, preferably in maternal mental health or wellness
• Community Health Worker certification and/or 2000+ hours of coaching experience
• Familiarity with the needs of pregnant and postpartum individuals, particularly within Black and African American communities
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and integrate it into coaching practices
• Strong organizational skills and accountability for deliverables
