Peer Learning Support Aide

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Learning Support Aide (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 tutoring support to first-year students through various communication methods
• Conduct usability reviews of learning support platforms and suggest improvements
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and attend scheduled meetings with supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student in good academic standing
• Successful completion of specific first-year courses with a minimum grade of B+
• Able to work 5-10 hours per week
• Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Office 365 programs
• Ability to evaluate online content from a student perspective
