Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Support Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customer-friendly services and engages individuals in an empathic manner
• Develops and maintains peer relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes in individuals served
• Responds promptly to service requests and inquiries from various parties in a professional manner

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least three (3) years of experience caring for older adults with dementia or significant medical issues
• Two (2) years of experience working with dementia patients and their families
• Demonstrated ability to use a computer for basic office functions
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
