Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer-friendly services and engage individuals in an empathic manner
• Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes
• Respond promptly to service requests and inquiries from various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of experience caring for older adults with dementia or significant medical issues
• Two years of experience specifically working with dementia patients and their families
• Ability to use a computer for recording services and basic office functions
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
