Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, P2P Appeals Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make phone calls to schedule Peer to Peer calls with Medical Directors and follow up on past scheduled cases
  • Document information from payer calls in the proprietary system and enter account status into multiple databases
  • Support various departmental functions including case entry, Peer to Peer support, and appeals support
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial/Managed Care product lines is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to utilize formulas and manage spreadsheets
  • Accurate keyboard skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
