Pega AI Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Pega AI Consultant, this remote position will focus on designing, configuring, and implementing Pega AI capabilities and Customer Decision Hub solutions, requiring approximately 50% of each area while driving technical implementation activities independently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Pega AI capabilities and Customer Decision Hub solutions
• Integrate Pega with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and external AI services
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI and decisioning solutions while following implementation best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• Deep hands-on experience with Pega CDH and Pega AI implementations
• Experience with Next-Best-Action strategies and customer decisioning
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL
• Experience with real-time decisioning capabilities and AI governance
