PEGA Application Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PEGA Application Engineer (REMOTE or MA BASED).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software applications that meet user requirements and business objectives
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and contribute to project planning and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage in application defect resolution and software release planning

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of work experience with Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) Version 8 and beyond
• Experience programming and troubleshooting RESTful web service APIs
• Strong knowledge of Java 2EE and object-oriented programming principles
• Proficiency in using version control tools like Git and knowledge of DevOps practices
