Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pega Business Analyst / CDH Analyst to convert business requirements into low-code Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define requirements for Pega CDH and customer journeys in collaboration with business and marketing teams
Create user stories, interaction strategies, and orchestration rules to support omnichannel communication
Run simulations and analyze outcomes to estimate business ROI while participating in Agile/SCRUM delivery

Required Qualifications

Experience as a Pega Business Analyst
Familiarity with Pega CDH and customer journey mapping
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for data analysis
Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
