Pega Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support critical business transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Pega Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, facilitate deployment planning, and coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of Pega-based solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Create and maintain high-quality business process documentation and deployment-related artifacts
- Support deployment planning and execution, including cutover activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably with Pega-based projects
- Strong understanding of Pega applications and business process management concepts
- Demonstrated experience in deployment planning and cutover coordination
- Excellent documentation skills for creating comprehensive business and technical artifacts
- Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments
