Pega Business Analyst
Job Summary
Bridging business needs and technology solutions, the hybrid Pega Business Analyst will elicit, analyze, and document requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Agile delivery and optimize business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements to align with project goals
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify scope, assumptions, and priorities while supporting Agile delivery teams
Required qualifications
- Experience gathering and managing business and functional requirements
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation techniques and business process analysis
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
- Experience supporting testing activities, including SIT and UAT
