Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Pega Business Architect with hands-on technical knowledge of Pega and expertise in the Medicaid/Healthcare domain, who will manage requirements and stakeholder interactions, oversee Pega application development, and provide production support in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage requirements and stakeholder interactions to ensure alignment with business needs
- Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications, including case management and workflows
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for Pega systems, ensuring operational stability
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience as a Technical Functional Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Hands-on technical knowledge of Pega, including Case Management, Workflows, and Integrations
- Expertise in the Healthcare domain, particularly in Eligibility and Enrollment processes
- Pega Business Analyst (PBA) certification is mandatory
- Experience supporting large-scale systems and working with cross-functional teams
