Pega Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Constellation, the contract-to-hire Pega Business Systems Analyst will convert UX concepts into actionable configurations, lead case design and modeling, and enforce design governance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business-defined UX concepts into case types, stages, and data models while ensuring alignment with Constellation patterns
• Lead the creation and refinement of case life cycles and user journeys, simplifying workflows to adhere to best practices
• Facilitate design workshops and translate business feedback into actionable configuration changes

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of total Pega experience, including 1-2 real Constellation implementations
• Strong experience in Business Systems Analysis and App Studio configuration
• Ability to create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring accurate implementation of requirements
• Motivated to learn and driven to take initiative in design decisions
