Pega Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the contract-to-hire Pega Business Systems Analyst will convert business-defined UX concepts into case types and data models, lead app studio configurations, and facilitate design workshops while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Convert UX concepts into case types, views, and data objects, ensuring alignment with Constellation patterns
• Lead the creation and refinement of case life cycles, user journeys, and data models while standardizing workflows
• Facilitate design workshops and translate business feedback into actionable configuration changes for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of total Pega experience, including 1-2 real Constellation implementations
• Strong experience in Business Systems Analysis and App Studio
• Ability to enforce design governance and adherence to Pega guardrails
• Experience in backlog shaping and user story definition
• Motivated to learn and demonstrate strong personal initiative
