Pega Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract-to-hire Pega Business Systems Analyst will convert UX concepts into actionable configurations, lead case design and modeling, and enforce design governance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business-defined UX concepts into case types, views, and data models while ensuring alignment with Constellation patterns
• Lead the creation and refinement of case life cycles and workflows, simplifying processes to fit best practices
• Facilitate design workshops and translate business feedback into actionable configuration changes

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of total Pega experience, including 1-2 real Constellation implementations
• Strong experience with Business Systems Analysis and App Studio
• Proven ability to create user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders for design decisions and requirements clarification
• Strong personal initiative and motivation to learn
