Pega Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract-to-hire Pega Business Systems Analyst will convert business-defined UX concepts into case types and data models, lead app studio configuration, and facilitate design workshops while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Convert UX concepts into case types, views, and data models while ensuring alignment with Constellation patterns
• Lead the creation and refinement of case life cycles, user journeys, and workflows to adhere to best practices
• Facilitate design workshops and translate business feedback into actionable configuration changes

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of total Pega experience, including 1-2 real Constellation implementations
• Strong experience with Business Systems Analysis and App Studio
• Ability to enforce design governance and maintain adherence to Pega guardrails
• Experience in creating user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Strong personal initiative and motivation to learn
