Pega Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract-to-hire Pega Business Systems Analyst will convert business-defined UX concepts into actionable configurations, lead case design and modeling, and enforce design governance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Convert UX concepts into case types, views, and data objects while ensuring alignment with Constellation patterns
• Lead the creation and refinement of case life cycles, personas, and data models to simplify workflows
• Facilitate design workshops and translate business feedback into actionable configuration changes

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of total Pega experience, including 1-2 real Constellation implementations
• Strong experience with Business Systems Analysis and App Studio
• Ability to create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Experience in design governance and enforcing Pega guardrails
• Motivated to learn and demonstrate strong personal initiative
