Pega Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract-to-hire Pega Business Systems Analyst will manage the conversion of UX concepts into actionable configurations, lead case design and modeling, and enforce design governance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business-defined UX concepts into case types, views, and data objects while ensuring alignment with Constellation patterns
• Lead the creation and refinement of case life cycles, user journeys, and data models, simplifying workflows to adhere to best practices
• Facilitate design workshops and translate business feedback into actionable configuration changes, educating stakeholders on Constellation capabilities

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of total Pega experience with at least 1-2 real Constellation implementations
• Strong Business Systems Analyst and App Studio experience
• Ability to create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders on design decisions impacting architecture
• Strong personal initiative and motivation to learn
