A company is looking for a VP - Software Engineer Consultant specializing in Pega CDH.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage Next-Best-Action strategies and decision flows within the Pega CDH framework
• Develop customer journeys and optimize predictive models to enhance engagement and conversion rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CDH strategies with customer lifecycle goals and integrate with various platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance
• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) is mandatory
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega CDH
• Strong understanding of decisioning logic and customer engagement strategies
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and experience in relevant industry domains is a plus
