Job Summary
Designing and implementing intelligent customer engagement solutions, the full-time remote Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Developer will focus on building Next-Best-Action strategies and adaptive decisioning to enhance personalized customer experiences across enterprise applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customer decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Build and configure Next-Best-Action strategies and engagement policies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer engagement requirements into scalable Pega solutions
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Expertise in Next-Best-Action Designer and Decision Strategies
- Experience with Adaptive Decisioning and Customer Journey Management
- Knowledge of Pega Case Management
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations
