Pega Certified Lead Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design, development, and operational support of enterprise Pega solutions, the full-time remote Pega Certified Lead Developer will manage end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring production stability and efficient issue resolution while collaborating across various teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery execution including sprint planning, task breakdown, and risk escalation
• Design and develop scalable Pega solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Monitor application health and triage incidents to ensure platform stability across the delivery lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification (Part 1 or Part 2 required)
• 10+ years of Pega development experience leading technical delivery end to end
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale Pega applications in financial services or regulated environments
• Deep understanding of Pega architecture, performance tuning, and integrations
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery teams
