Pega Data Integration Engineer

Job Summary

To support data architecture and integration for an enterprise Department of Veterans Affairs Pega Cloud solution, the remote Pega Data Integration Engineer will design and implement data solutions, develop data artifacts, and support data migration and validation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega data and integration solutions using data pages, connectors, and APIs
• Develop and maintain data artifacts, mappings, and interface documentation for effective data management
• Support data migration activities and ensure secure REST/OpenAPI services and integration error-handling patterns are in place

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, data engineering, or API development
• Hands-on experience with Pega data/integration capabilities or similar enterprise workflow platforms
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and secure service design
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL or batch processing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related discipline
